The volume of construction and sales achieved over the years demonstrates the group’s successful activities. To date, the total built-up area of all completed buildings involving the two partners amounts to approximately 140,000 sq. meters. The completed buildings and complexes number 34, with over 1,600 housing units and individual properties.

OUR HISTORY
The investment group TASKOV & STOYANOV launched its first residential projects in 2004. Under the management of its founders, construction entrepreneur Kamen Taskov and real estate expert Nikola Stoyanov, the group gained momentum during the boom of resort housing construction between 2004-2009. In a short time, at the start of their construction-investment careers, the two partners, in collaboration with various associates, managed to build and sell hundreds of homes to foreign buyers in various buildings and gated communities located in major seaside and ski resorts in Bulgaria—Bansko, Pamporovo, Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas, Lozenets, Kosharitsa, Razlog, and more. After the end of the vacation property boom in 2009, today’s co-owners shifted their focus to residential building construction in Sofia, where the market remained most resilient during the subsequent financial crisis. It is worth noting that the group did not stop building during the most challenging years for new construction in Bulgaria, from 2009 to 2015. During these years, along with urban projects, two high-end vacation buildings were also completed. Kamen Taskov and Nikola Stoyanov continued to develop and gain professional experience, regardless of the challenging market conditions, strictly adhering to their investment program. Their efforts have been recognized in several prestigious competitions, including nominations for "Building of the Year" and the award for "Boutique Residential Project" at the LUXURY PROPERTY AWARDS 2023 for the OKINAWA Boutique Residence project.

In 2016, Taskov and Stoyanov formed their current business configuration, creating a corporate structure that includes several subsidiary investment companies, through which they develop residential complexes in the "Boutique Residence" and "Comfort Residence" series, located in various districts of the capital. At present, the current new residential construction under the TASKOV & STOYANOV brand exceeds 16,500 sq. meters, distributed across one residential building in Sofia. The luxury residential building OKINAWA Boutique Residence, which is being developed based on the Healthy Building concept, is under construction in a key location in the capital, next to the new Fantastico shopping center on Simeonovsko Shose Boulevard. Our latest completed and commissioned building with Act 16 is Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina, located in the rapidly developing area around the new Krikor Azaryan Boulevard, between Malinova Dolina and Student City.

From the perspective of time and over 20 years of experience, today the two construction entrepreneurs have the opportunity to work together in a successful business tandem, based on the individual qualities and abilities of each, complementing each other in a well-functioning combination. Kamen Taskov is an exceptionally experienced project manager in construction, familiar with every detail of the construction process—solutions, technologies, and materials. He has had the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful Bulgarian builders of the modern era, with whom he worked for many years in his first company, "Vigo Star". The many completed buildings in the capital have also provided him with invaluable skills related to achieving maximum financial-economic efficiency in this type of construction—selecting suitable plots in sought-after locations, pragmatic design of residential spaces, using proven construction solutions, negotiating reasonable prices for quality materials and skilled labor, and maintaining constant investor control over the entire construction process, from groundbreaking to receiving an Occupancy Permit. Kamen is a hands-on manager, present daily at the construction site, personally overseeing the quality, deadlines, and cost-efficiency of the build. Nikola Stoyanov is a proven expert in the field of real estate marketing and sales. Starting his professional path as a real estate broker in his student years in 1996, he later lived and worked in the UK, where he mastered the intricacies of real estate trade and digital marketing. In 2002, he launched his initial real estate agency for foreigners, which continues to operate today under the brand PROPERTY.BG. By 2004, he began investing in his own construction projects in partnership with various associates. Later, he founded other agencies within his corporate group for real estate sales, including LUXIMMO (for luxury properties), STONEHARD (for new-build sales), SUPRIMMO (a national real estate agency with branches across Bulgaria and also operating in Greece), RENT A HOME (for seasonal rentals of vacation homes), and the Bulgarian branch of the international ultra-luxury real estate agency BARNES, headquartered in Paris. The real estate sales and rental agencies are united under the corporate group STOYANOV ENTERPRISES. Today, Stoyanov owns some of the most successful agencies in the market in Bulgaria, offering a portfolio of over 35,000 properties in the capital, major cities, and resorts in Bulgaria, as well as in Greece. The number of working brokers and associates exceeds 150 people, and the client base consulted over more than 20 years in real estate includes over 500,000 buyers and renters from Bulgaria and abroad. For the success of his agency business, he relies on experienced real estate traders, most of whom are developed as professionals within his own companies. Sales are supported by massive advertising and an effective sales strategy based on the latest digital marketing technologies. The agencies in the group have won numerous awards in various international and Bulgarian competitions, including 4 awards from IMOTI.NET (LUXIMMO for best website, SUPRIMMO for most innovative agency and broker of the year, STONEHARD for agency debut). The leading agency in the group, LUXIMMO, was recently named the most recognized luxury real estate brand in Bulgaria, receiving an award for BEST LUXURY REAL ESTATE BRAND from the authoritative organizers of the Luxury Property Awards 2023. Nikola Stoyanov is a guest lecturer at the University of National and World Economy, specializing in the latest trends in digital marketing for real estate.
