OUR HISTORY
The TASKOV & STOYANOV investment group started its first residential projects in 2004. Under the management of its founders, construction entrepreneur Kamen Taskov and real estate expert Nikola Stoyanov, the group quickly gained momentum during the resort housing boom from 2004 to 2009. In a short time, at the very beginning of their construction-investment career, the two partners—sometimes in collaboration with other associates—managed to build and sell hundreds of residences to foreign buyers in different buildings and gated complexes located in Bulgaria’s major seaside and ski resorts — Bansko, Pamporovo, Sunny Beach, Sveti Vlas, Lozenets, Kosharitsa, Razlog, and others. After the vacation property boom ended in 2009, the current co-owners turned their focus to constructing residential buildings in the capital, Sofia, where the market remained the most stable during the subsequent financial crisis. It is important to note that the group continued building even during the most challenging years of the new construction market in Bulgaria, from 2009 to 2015. During these years, along with urban projects, two high-end vacation buildings were also completed. Kamen Taskov and Nikola Stoyanov continued to develop and accumulate professional experience, regardless of the difficult market conditions, strictly adhering to their investment program. Their efforts have been recognized in several prestigious competitions, including nominations for “Building of the Year” as well as the award for the "Boutique Residential Construction Project" in the LUXURY PROPERTY AWARDS 2023 for the project OKINAWA Boutique Residence.

In 2016, Taskov and Stoyanov entered their current business configuration by creating a corporate structure that includes several subsidiary investment companies through which they develop the construction of the residential complexes of the “Boutique Residence” and “Comfort Residence” series located in various districts of the capital. At present, the new residential development under the TASKOV & STOYANOV brand exceeds 16,500 m², spread over a single residential building in Sofia. The luxury residential building OKINAWA Boutique Residence, developed under the Healthy Building concept, is under construction in a key central location, adjacent to the new Fantastiko Shopping Center on Simeonovsko Shose. Our latest completed and handed-over building with Certificate of Occupancy is Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina, located in the dynamically developing area around the new Krikor Azaryan Boulevard, between the Malinova Dolina and Student City districts.

With over 20 years of experience, the two construction entrepreneurs now have the opportunity to work together in a successful business tandem that is based on the individual qualities and abilities of each, complementing each other in a well-functioning combination. Kamen Taskov is an extremely experienced project manager in construction, knowledgeable about every detail of the entire building process—decisions, technologies, and materials. He has had the opportunity to learn from some of the most successful Bulgarian builders of modern times, with whom he worked for many years in his first company “Vigo Star”. The many completed buildings in the capital have given him invaluable skills in achieving maximum financial and economic profitability in this type of construction—from selecting appropriate parcels in sought-after locations to designing residential spaces in a reasonable and pragmatic manner, relying on time-tested construction solutions, negotiating reasonable prices for quality materials and skilled labor, and maintaining constant investor control over the entire construction process from the first dig to receiving the Certificate of Occupancy. Kamen is a person who is present daily at the construction site and personally oversees the work to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency. This is the only way to guarantee the attractive conditions enjoyed by buyers who choose quality and comfortable housing in TASKOV & STOYANOV complexes.

Nikola Stoyanov, on the other hand, is a proven expert in real estate marketing and sales. He began his professional career as a real estate broker during his student years in 1996 and later had the opportunity to live and work in the United Kingdom, where he mastered the intricacies of property transactions and digital marketing. In 2002, he launched his first real estate agency for foreign clients, which continues today under the brand PROPERTY.BG. As early as 2004, he started investing in his own construction projects in partnership with various associates. Later, he founded the other agencies of his current corporate real estate group — LUXIMMO (for luxury properties), STONEHARD (for new construction property sales), SUPRIMMO (a national real estate agency with branches throughout Bulgaria and operations in Greece), RENT A HOME (for seasonal vacation rental properties), as well as the Bulgarian branch of the international ultra-luxury real estate agency BARNES headquartered in Paris. The real estate sales and rental agencies are united in the corporate group STOYANOV ENTERPRISES. To date, Stoyanov is the owner of one of the most successful agencies on the market, offering a portfolio of over 35,000 properties in the capital, major cities, and resorts in Bulgaria as well as in our southern neighbor, Greece. The number of working brokers and associates exceeds 150, and the client database accumulated over more than 20 years in real estate numbers over 500,000 buyers and renters from Bulgaria and abroad. The success of his brokerage business is supported by experienced real estate sales professionals, most of whom have grown into specialists within his own companies. Sales are reinforced by extensive advertising and an effective commercial strategy based on the latest digital marketing technologies. The group’s agencies have won numerous awards at various international and Bulgarian competitions, including 4 awards from IMOTI.NET (LUXIMMO for best website, SUPRIMMO for most innovative agency and broker of the year, and STONEHARD for agency debut). The leading agency in the group, LUXIMMO, has twice won at the British International Property Awards for agency of the year for 2018–2019 (2 distinctions) as well as in 2022 (3 distinctions, one of which was a 5-star Winner).

Last but not least, an equally significant contribution to the success of TASKOV & STOYANOV is made by the design team led by architect Krum Sergeev (studio CREATIVE), one of the most dynamic and productive Bulgarian architects in recent years. Besides the evident aesthetics of his projects, architect Sergeev brings a wealth of practical experience, having personally supervised the construction of over 50 buildings and complexes he designed in the last 17 years.

For the daily oversight of construction and subcontractor supervision, TASKOV & STOYANOV relies on its competent chief engineer Stefan Nikolov and his investor control team.

The overall marketing of the residences, even during construction, is managed and coordinated by the sales managers Yoana Maneva, Lyubin Chakov, and Evelina Tsareva, who are proven new-construction real estate brokers with years of experience.
