Act 15 and progress of construction of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of November 2024.

The construction of Okinawa Boutique Residence by Taskov & Stoyanov continues to progress at a rapid pace, with the building now in possession of ACT 15, and its full completion is expected to be completed in April 2025.
We present to you the construction and installation activities completed in recent weeks, as well as those planned for next month:
• The screeds in the stores have been completed;
• The plastering of the office area is ready;
• The sheet metal cladding on the landing floor has been completed;
• The glazing of the office area is fully completed;
• The external railings on the eastern facade have been installed;
• The installation of the entrance doors to the apartments has been completed;
• The flooring in the common areas has been completed;
• The polished floors in the underground garage areas have been completed;
• The installation of switches, sockets and charging of the electrical panels in the apartments continues;
• Plastering of the common areas in the residential and office areas continues.
The following construction and installation activities are planned for next month:
• The crane should be dismantled;
• Work will continue on the vertical layout of the building;
• Work will continue on the flooring in the office area – corridors and staircases;
• Work on the internal railings in the office area will be completed;
• The installation of fire doors in the basement levels will begin;
• The ramp heating will begin;
• The installation of the water filtration system will begin.
Currently available for sale are:
• Several one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at prices from €1,449/m² to €2,450/m² excluding VAT;
• Several shops/retail spaces with warehouses, on the ground floor of the building, completed “turnkey”. Commercial property areas from 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2,333 €/m² excluding VAT;
• Underground parking spaces at prices from €22,500 to €26,667 excluding VAT, which can only be purchased when purchasing an apartment or shop in the building.
