Construction and assembly works on the residential complex "Comfort Residence - Ovcha Kupel" are progressing, according to the approved schedule. During the past weeks, we managed to complete the following construction and installation works as follows: • We finished work on the sanded floors in the basement; • We lay the granite flooring in the common parts of the building; • We lay the granite flooring on the terraces in the apartments; • We took dimensions to order the garage doors in the basement; • We have started the installation of the entrance and fire doors. The following workflows are due by the end of next week: • Completion of the work on the granite flooring in the common areas of the building; • Completion of the granite flooring on the terraces; • Commencement of finishing works on the shops on the ground floor; • Starting the vertical layout around the building.
