Comfort Residence - Simeonovsko: Construction progress report as of 21.01.2020

The current information is summarized by our chief engineer Stefan Nikolov. The construction works on the residential complex Comfort Residence - Simeonovsko are progressing at a rapid pace, continuing to be ahead of schedule. During the past week, we carried out the following construction and assembly works on the building:

• Section #1 - We plastered all basements, finishing and grouting. We also installed the garage doors;

• Section #2 - We finished the electrical and plumbing installation in the section.

We are working on the plastering of the common areas and storage rooms. The facade of this section is completely finished and the scaffolding has been dismantled; • Section #3 - We are working on the electrical installations in the section, having reached the 7th floor. The plastering crew has reached the 4th floor. We are working on the verticals of the gas installation. We have started work on the facade. We are working on the HVAC installation in the garages; • Section #4 (Office Section) - We have installed the joinery of Section #4 and are working on the plumbing and HVAC installations in the section. Next week we expect to start work on the plasterboard of the office premises in this section.
