The finishing work on OKINAWA Boutique Residence continues at a rapid pace towards its final stage.

We present to you the construction and installation activities completed in recent weeks, as well as those planned for next month:

• We installed the wooden trim around the entrance doors of the apartments;
• We installed fire doors in the basement levels;
• We continue to work on the external power supply;
• We are working on the installation of the raster ceilings in the office area;
• The installation of switches and sockets, as well as the charging of the electrical panels in the office area, continues;
• We install lighting fixtures in the common areas of the residential area.

The following construction and installation activities are planned for next month:

• The installation of the double floor in the office area will begin;
• We will install and put into operation the ramp heating system;
• We will outline the parking spaces in the basement levels;
• The installation of fire doors will begin, as well as the testing of the fire alarm system;
• We will install granite on the exterior columns;
• Construction of paths and landscaping will begin.
