Progress of the construction processes at our sites, in connection with the introduced state of emergency and the current epidemiological situation

In connection with the current epidemiological situation, we would like to inform you that the work processes in the field of construction have been officially AUTHORIZED by letter dated 17.03.2020 to the Deputy. the mayor of Sofia Municipality, Eng. Tsvetan Bozhinov, as the requirement is not to congregate a large number of workers in one place. That is why we at TASKOV & STOYANOV make full use of this opportunity and continue with full steam the work on the construction of our 3 residential projects from the "Comfort Residence" series — Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd., Ovcha Kupel Quarter and Lyulin-Center Quarter. All of our subcontractor companies and their teams are always at the sites and work in full, during normal working hours, but must comply with the instructions of the Metropolitan Municipality and the medical authorities to protect against the Coronavirus.

After the declaration of the state of emergency in Bulgaria, we continue to work according to the plan and adhere strictly to the linear schedules and set deadlines of each site. Most suppliers of construction materials fulfill their orders on time and under normal operating conditions. There are currently no difficulties with the construction of the buildings.

Financing of the construction process of all three of our projects is secured 100% by the owners of the company, as well as by contributions from the buyers of homes in the buildings. To date, all apartments in all three complexes sold by the investor (with the exception of one three-room apartment in "Comfort Residene — Lyulin Center") and cash contributions have been received and continue to be received on them, according to the contracts with the customers.
Bank credits are NOT used for the construction of any of the buildings, therefore NO mortgages have been imposed on the homes, buildings, plots or the right to build.

TASKOV & STOYANOV is a solid company with 16 years of market experience and 30 completed buildings and complexes. Over the years, we have gone through various difficult moments and crises in the state, but we have ALWAYS completed our projects on time and in strict compliance with the commitments made to customers, partners, contractors, suppliers, as well as to the state. That is why we are determined to withstand the current test as well, by doing what is necessary to continue the construction and to complete it according to the agreed deadlines and to a high quality. The satisfaction of our customers and counterparties is of the utmost importance to us!

In this regard, we declare to you our readiness to move to more frequent reports, every 10-14 days, regarding the progress of the construction of the buildings of the residential complex " Comfort Residence — Simeonovsko", "Comfort Residence — Lyulin Center", which we will publish every Thursday and Friday on the respective Facebook pages any complex.
