Progress of the construction of Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina towards the city of March

In the past month we received a certificate of completion Act 15. The building is in its final phase of construction. We plan to complete the construction in the month of May 2023.  

During the past weeks, the following construction and installation works were completed:

• We have finished installing the entrance doors to the apartments;

• We are done with the sanded concrete in the basement;

• We have finished installing the double floor on the top floor;

• We have finished laying the granite slabs in the common areas of the building;

• We installed and legalized the elevators in the building;

• We installed the smoke-tight doors on the floors.  

The following types of activities are planned for the next month:

• Work on the waterproofing of elevation 0;

• Plasters on common areas;

• Installation of switches, sockets and water meters in the apartments;

• Completion of plasterboard in common areas;

• Drawing the parking spaces in the basement.
