Progress of the construction of "Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina" as of November

Construction and assembly works on the "Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina" residential complex are progressing, according to the approved schedule.

The project is in its final phase of construction. We expect Act 15 to be received in January 2023.

During the past weeks, we managed to carry out the following construction and installation works as follows:

• We finished the facade works on the south and north facade;

• We have finished the electrical and plumbing installation in the residential part;

• We finished the masonry work in the basement (underground) floor;

• We have finished plastering the apartments on the 3rd and 6th floors and are currently working on the apartments on the 4th and 5th floors;

• We have finished laying the floor screeds in the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors, and are currently working on the screeds on the 4th floor;

• We have finished laying the granite slabs on the floors of the common areas on the top floor. At the moment, we carry out the following types of construction and installation activities:

• We are working on the boards of the roof;

• We are working on the gas installation on the 3rd and 6th residential floors:

• We are working on the HVAC (heating-ventilation-air-conditioning) installations on the 3rd and 6th residential floors;

• We are laying thermal insulation and plaster on the western facade;

• We are working on the thermal insulation of the eastern facade.
