Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of August

Construction progress on the OKINAWA Boutique Residence residential complex is happening at a rapid pace. We present you with up-to-date information on construction and installation activities:

Current information on construction progress has been prepared and summarized by the chief engineer of the company Taskov & Stoyanov Stefan Nikolov.  

During the past weeks, we managed to complete the following construction and installation works as follows:

• We have started demography of the slab up to the elevation +4.10 m;

• We made the slab/formwork, reinforcement and concrete at the +7.05 m elevation;

• We are working on the reverse embankment around the site;

• We have started the formwork of the verticals and the slab at the +10.00 m elevation.

In the next month, it is planned to complete all the slab/formwork, concrete and reinforcement at elevation +10.00 and to work on the verticals at elevation +12.95.
