Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of March

The construction of the residential complex Okinawa Boutique Residence is progressing according to the planned linear schedule.   

We present to you a regular video overview and a monthly report of the construction and installation activities carried out in the past month, as well as the planned activities for the next 30 days:  

•  The masonry of the building has been completed;

•  Plumbing and electrical installations have been completed at elevations of 15.90m and 12.95m;

•  The joinery up to and including the 7th floor has been installed, and we are now working on the installation of the 8th floor;

•  We finish laying the plasters on the 1st floor and continue with the 2nd floor;

•  All storage areas have been plastered.  

In the next month of April, the following construction and installation activities are planned: 

• Installation of scaffolding on the western and southern facade;

• We are starting the construction of the facade;

• We are starting construction of the gas plant;

• We will start laying the underfloor heating;

• According to the schedule, we should finish the installation of plumbing and electrical installations at elevations of 21.80 m and 24.75 m;

• We plan to install a third silo and organize a third brigade in order to speed up the plastering works on the site.  

OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Art. 181, and the overall completion is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, by the beginning of 2025.  

There are currently available for sale:

•  One-, two- and three-room apartments at prices from 1,430 €/m² up to 1,856 €/m² without VAT;

•  Shops on the ground floor with areas of 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2333 €/m² without VAT;

•  Underground parking spaces at prices from €20,833 to €25,833 without VAT.
