Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of November

The construction of OKINAWA Boutique Residence is one more month ahead! We are sharing a short video overview showing the progress of the housing complex until mid-November. During the past weeks, we managed to carry out construction and installation works as follows:

• We finished the formwork, reinforcement and concrete works at the +21.80m elevation;

• We are done with the masonry of the elevation – 10.00m;

• We are working on the masonry of the elevation – 12.95m;

• We started laying the formwork along the verticals and the slab on the penultimate floor of the building, at an elevation of +24.75m;

• We are working on the waterproofing and back embankment around the building;

• We started work on the electrical installations at the +4.10m elevation. In the next month of December, the following activities are planned:

• To complete the entire slab (formwork, reinforcement and concrete) at an elevation of +24.75m, as well as to work on the verticals of the last slab at an elevation of +27.90m;

• We will start masonry works at an elevation of +12.95m;

• We will start the installation of the joinery. We expect the windows on the first 3 residential floors to be installed by the end of the current year;

• We will start work on the plumbing installations at the +4.10m elevation;

• We will start work on the HVAC installations at the level – 9.30m.

To date, construction is being carried out in full accordance with the established linear schedule. Property sales in the complex are going at a fast pace. In the past month, we managed to realize 5 new sales, and with this, to date, 67% of the properties in the building (apartments, parking spaces and shops) have been sold. 33% of the properties remain vacant, including 31 apartments and studios as well as 4 wonderful shops on the ground level.
