Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of September

Construction and assembly works on the residential complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence are proceeding according to the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.  

Current information on construction progress has been prepared and summarized by the chief engineer of the company Taskov & Stoyanov Stefan Nikolov.  

During the past weeks, we managed to complete the following construction and installation works as follows:

• We finished the masonry at the elevation –2.75m;

• We have started the demography of the slab up to an elevation of +7.05m;

• We made the slab/formwork, reinforcement and concrete at an elevation of +10.00m;

• We are working on the waterproofing and back embankment around the site;

• We have started the formwork of the verticals and the slab at the +15.90m elevation.  

In the next month, it is planned to complete the entire slab /formwork, concrete and reinforcement/ at the elevation +18.85m and to work on the vertical elevation +21.80m.

We will start masonry works at an elevation of +4.10m.   For additional information and to organize a viewing, contact us!
