Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of January

Construction and installation works on the residential complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence are proceeding according to the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.

Given the complexity of the project, for the past months, after the start of construction, a huge volume of activities requiring a long period of time were carried out, namely:
• The large built-up area of ​​the building;
• 3 underground levels with a total height of 13.50 m.;
• Excavation with a volume of 25,000 cubic meters with a depth of 13.50m;
• Serious strengthening in the form of piles (220 pcs.) and anchors (500 pcs.).
• Correct preparation and implementation of the underground level in order to achieve a precise distance from the neighboring (rear) building above the ground in the amount of 15 m.

To date, we have been able to close the following SMPs, in sequence as follows:
• A solid fence was installed at the edges of the property;
• The excavation of the building was completed when we reached the “Bottom” at -13.50m from the ground, (which is equal to a 3-story building), for which over 25,000 cubic meters were excavated. landmass.
• The trench was successfully strengthened using "Berlin Wall" technology, by executing over 220 piles and over 500 anchors to ensure the necessary safety of all participants in the construction process and the surrounding buildings and grounds;
• A construction crane was installed with 60 m high and a 30 m long boom; the road that provides access to the construction site was built. m — this will significantly reduce dust and pollution in the area;
• The external plumbing infrastructure was built;
• The foundation's waterproofing was laid on the underlying concrete over 320 tons of reinforcement was laid on the foundation; 3200 cubic meters were poured for the foundation of the building, which is 1.3 m thick .m of concrete, which is equivalent to 360 concrete trucks.

Concrete is currently being poured to build the walls in the basement up to an elevation of -6.50m along the south and east side of the building. In parallel, the formwork of the same slab is executed.

In the month of February, it is planned to complete all the external walls in the basement and to complete the slab at the elevation -6.50. Then the second construction crane will be installed.
