OKINAWA Boutique Residence construction progress as of April 2024.

Residential complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence is progressing in its construction, according to the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.

We share with you a video overview and a regular monthly report with the activities carried out in the last month, as well as those planned in the next 30 days.

In recent weeks we have completed a number of construction and installation activities and reached the milestones as described below:

•  We have started the installation of the scaffolding around the building, first completing the western and southern parts, now we are working on the eastern;

•  Plumbing and electrical installations on the elevation  +18.85m have been completed and now we are working at an elevation of +21.80m;

• We are installing the joinery on the 8th floor;

• We have finished plastering the apartments up to and including the 3rd floor and are starting preparations for plastering the bathrooms on the 4th residential floor;

•  We started the construction of the underfloor heating in the apartments. •  We built the gas installation in the basement.  

In the next month, we plan to carry out the following activities:

• Installation of scaffolding on the eastern and northern facades, and starting the construction of the eastern facade;

• We are starting to build the verticals of the gas installation;

• We plan to finish the installation of underfloor heating on the 1st and 2nd residential floors;

• According to the schedule, we should also finish the installation of plumbing and electrical installations at the +24.75m elevation;

• Start with screeds on the first residential floors.

The building has received Act 14 under Art. 181 and to date 78% of the properties have been sold. There are still available for sale one-, two- and three-room apartments at prices from 1430 €/m² without VAT, several shops on the ground floor with prices from 2333 €/m² without VAT, as well as underground parking spaces at prices from €20,833 without VAT.
