Construction Progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of August 2024.

The construction of the OKINAWA multifunctional building on Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd. is progressing according to the pre-planned and approved linear schedules. 

We present up-to-date information and a regular monthly report of the construction and installation activities carried out over the past 30 days, as well as those planned for the next month. 

Over the past weeks we have completed a number of activities and reached the milestones described below:

• We performed the plumbing and electrical installations on the 2nd and 3rd floors in the office area;

• The plastering of the apartments up to and including the 7th floor has been completed. We are currently working on the ceilings on the 8th floor. We have started preparations for plastering the bathrooms on the 6th residential floor; 

• The pipes and underfloor heating have been laid up to the 6th floor inclusive;

• We filled the screed on the 5th floor;

• We are working on the common areas of the outdoor terraces;

• The facade glazing of the office section of the building continues.

The following construction and installation activities are planned for the next month:

• Finishing the glazing of the facades on the office part of the building;

• Placing the exterior plaster on the southern and western facades of the residential section;

• Completion of the installation of the underfloor heating;

• Laying screeds up to the 8th residential floor; 

• We plan to work on the flooring in the common areas – corridors and stairs;

• Start the installation of the elevators. The OKINAWA building has received Act 14 under Art. 181, and the overall ? completion is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, by early 2025.

•  One-room, two-room and three-room apartments at prices from 1,436 €/m² – 2,400 €/m² (without VAT);

•  Turnkey shops with high ceilings and with warehouses included, with areas of 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2,333 €/m² without VAT;

•  Underground parking spaces at prices from €20,833 to €25,000 excluding VAT.
