Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of November 2024.

The construction of the multifunctional OKINAWA building on Simeonovsko Shose Blvd. is progressing according to the previously planned and approved linear schedules.
We present up-to-date information and a regular monthly report on the construction and installation activities carried out over the past 30 days, as well as those planned for the next month:
• We completed the plumbing, HVAC and electrical installations in the stores;
• The plastering of the office section has been completed;
• The scaffolding of the office section has been dismantled;
• The glazing of the office section continues;
• We are working on the sheet metal cladding on the landing;
• The installation of the elevators has been completed;
• The external railings on the west facade have been installed;
• The installation of the entrance doors to the apartments has begun.
The following construction and installation activities are planned for next month:
• Laying the waterproofing at elevation "0" and work on the back embankment around the building;
• Work will continue on the installation of the entrance doors to the apartments;
• Work will continue on the flooring of the common areas – corridors and staircases;
• Work will continue on the installation of the external railings on the eastern facade;
• We plan to begin the installation of GET (main electricity metering panels);
• We will create an organization for laying the polished concrete in the underground levels of the garage;
• Work will begin on the building's interior railings.
OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Art. 181, and Act 15 for the completion of the building is coming soon. The overall completion of the project is expected to be achieved ahead of schedule, in the first months of 2025.
Currently available for sale are:
• Several one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at prices from €1,449/m² to €2,400/m² excluding VAT;
• Several shops/retail spaces with warehouses, on the ground floor of the building, completed “turnkey”. Commercial property areas from 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2,333 €/m² excluding VAT;
• Underground parking spaces at prices from €22,500 to €26,667 excluding VAT, which can only be purchased when purchasing an apartment or shop in the building.
