Construction progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of October 2024.

The multifunctional complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence is progressing in its construction, according to the previously planned and approved activity schedules.
We present you with a regular video and photo overview, and a monthly report of the construction and installation activities carried out over the past month, as well as the planned activities for the next 30 days:
• We completed the plumbing and electrical installations in the basement of the office area;
• We finished the plastering of the residential area;
• The pipes for the underfloor heating on the 8th floor have been laid;
• We made a screed on the 8th residential floor;
• We are working on the common areas – the plasterboard ceilings in the corridors of the residential area up to the 7th residential floor have been completed;
• The scaffolding on the west facade has been dismantled;
• We are working on the sheet metal cladding on the landing;
• The glazing of the office part continues and the gradual removal of the scaffolding begins;
• Elevators are being installed in the residential and office areas.
The following construction and installation activities are planned for next month:
• We are completing the glazing of the office part of the building and will dismantle the scaffolding;
• We will apply the external plaster on the eastern facade and dismantle the scaffolding;
• We start with the installation of the entrance doors of the apartments;
• We will work on the flooring in the common areas – corridors and staircases;
• The installation of the external railings will begin;
• We plan to start with the installation of the GET / Main Electricity Metering Boards /;
• We will organize the placement of polished concrete in the basement levels.
OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Art. 181, and its overall completion is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, by the beginning of 2025.

• One-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments at prices from €1,449/m² – €2,400/m² excluding VAT;
• Turnkey shops with high ceilings and included warehouses, with areas from 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2,333 €/m² excluding VAT;
• Underground parking spaces at prices from €22,500 to €26,667 excluding VAT.
