Construction Progress of OKINAWA Boutique Residence as of September 2024.

The construction progress of the multifunctional complex OKINAWA Boutique Residence is moving at a fast pace, in accordance with the previously planned and approved schedules. We present you with current information regarding the construction and installation activities over the past month, as well as the planned activities for the next 30 days.

In recent weeks, the following construction and installation activities have been completed:

• The plumbing and electrical installations on the 4th and 5th floors of the office section have been completed;

• Plastering in the apartments throughout the residential building has been completed. Work is now underway on the stairwells in the residential section;

• We are laying the underlayment and pipes for the underfloor heating up to the 8th floor;

• The 7th residential floor has been plastered;

• Work is ongoing in the common areas – drywall ceilings have been installed in the corridors of the residential section up to the 4th floor;

• Work on the western and southern facades has been completed;

• We are working on the metal cladding of the roof and the setback floors;

• We continue with the facade glazing of the office section of the building;

• The installation of the elevator has begun.

In the next month, the following construction and installation works are planned:

• Completion of the glazing of the facades of the office section of the building;

• Application of the external plaster on the eastern facade;

• Completion of the installation of underfloor heating;

• Laying of screeds up to the 8th residential floor;

• Work on the flooring in the common areas – corridors and staircases;

• Start of the dismantling of the scaffolding on the western and southern facades;

• Completion of plastering in the stairwells;

• Measurement for the external railings;

• Completion of the metal cladding and the start of the installation of the chimney caps.

OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Article 181, and the overall completion is expected to be finished ahead of schedule, by the beginning of 2025. Currently, apartments are available for sale starting at €1,449/m² excluding VAT, turnkey shops with high ceilings and included storage rooms, with areas ranging from 153.19 m² to 259.76 m², priced from €2,333/m² excluding VAT, and underground parking spaces starting at €22,500 excluding VAT.
