OKINAWA Boutique Residence construction progress as of July 2024.

Residential complex Okinawa Boutique Residence by Taskov & Stoyanov is progressing in its construction in accordance with the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.   We present to you a regular video and photo review, and a monthly report of the construction and installation activities carried out in the past month, as well as the planned activities for the next 30 days:

• We finished the installation of the scaffolding of the office part and on the lower floors of the building;  

• We completed the plumbing and electrical installations on the top floor of the residential part and we are working on the plumbing wiring in the office part;  

• The plastering of the apartments up to and including the 6th floor has been completed. We are currently working on the ceilings on the 7th floor and will begin preparations for plastering the bathrooms on the 6th residential floor;   

• The underlay and pipes of the underfloor heating have been laid up to the 6th floor inclusive;  

• The 3rd and 4th residential floors are plastered;  

• We are building the internal gas installation on the 8th floor;  

• We have started work on the common areas of the outdoor terraces, the glazing of the office area, as well as the laying of plasterboard in the office area.  

The following construction and installation activities are planned for the next month of August:  

• Finishing the glazing of the office part of the building;  

• Laying exterior plaster on the south and west facades;  

• We plan to finish installing the underfloor heating;  

• Plumbing and electrical installations will work on the 1st and 2nd basements;  

• We are planning to lay screeds up to the 7th residential floor;  

• HVAC work on the roof and flooring in the common areas.  

OKINAWA Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Art. 181, and the overall completion is expected to be completed ahead of schedule, by the beginning of 2025. Currently, there are apartments available for sale at prices from 1,436 €/m² without VAT, shops on the ground floor with areas of 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2333 €/m² without VAT, underground parking spaces at prices from €20,833 without VAT.
