OKINAWA Boutique Residence construction progress as of June 2024.

The construction of the residential complex Okinawa Boutique Residence is progressing according to the previously planned linear schedule. We share with you a regular video overview and monthly report of the construction and installation activities carried out in the past month, as well as those planned for the next 30 days: In recent weeks, the following construction and installation activities were carried out:  

• We are finishing the installation of the scaffolding on the northern part of the building;  

• We carry out plumbing and electrical installations at an elevation of +24.75 m, as well as in the first basement of the building;  

• The work on the plastering of the apartments up to and including the 5th floor has been completed. We are working on the ceilings on the 6th floor and are starting preparations for plastering the bathrooms on the 8th residential floor;  

• The substrate and pipes of the underfloor heating up to and including the 4th floor have been laid;  

• We made screed on the 3rd and 4th residential floors;  

• We are building the internal gas installation on the 6th floor.  

Planned activities for next month are:  

• Completion of the scaffolding of the office part of the building;  

• Laying exterior plaster on the southern facade and installing the scaffolding on the recessed floors;  

• We plan to finish the installation of underfloor heating on the 5th and 6th residential floors;  

• Plumbing and electrical installations will work on the 1st and 2nd basements;  

• We plan to lay screeds up to the 5th residential floor;  

• We are working on HVAC on the roof;  

• We will start work on the flooring in the common areas.

Okinawa Boutique Residence has received Act 14 under Art. 181 and still has available for sale:  

• One-, two- and three-room apartments at prices from 1,430 €/m² – 2,400 €/m² (without VAT);  

• Shops on the ground floor with areas of 153.19 m² to 259.76 m² and prices from 2,333 €/m² without VAT;  

• Underground parking spaces at prices from €20,833 to €24,000 excluding VAT.
