Progress of the construction of the residential building "Comfort Residence — Simeonovsko" as of 04/03/2020.

The current information on the progress of the construction of "Comfort Residence - Simeonovsko" has been prepared and summarized by our chief engineer Stefan Nikolov.

Construction works are progressing at an accelerated pace, according to the established schedule. The preliminary plan for deadlines is strictly observed, despite the state of emergency imposed in the country. Construction on the territory of the city of Sofia is permitted, which gives our construction workers and managers the opportunity to be present at the site and carry out their activities to the full, although in compliance with the regime for using special protective equipment against the coronavirus.

During the past week, we carried out the following construction and assembly works on the building:

• Section 1 – We have finished installing the granite slabs on the flooring of the common areas. We installed the smoke-tight doors in the section. We have started the installation of the armored entrance doors of the apartments. We have started the installation of the railing along the stairwell;

• Section 2 – We are working on laying the steps in the common areas. Work on laying the granite flooring in the common areas is about to begin;

• Section 3 – We are working on the electrical installations in the garages. We are working on the HVAC installations, having reached the 7th floor. We are working on the verticals of the gas installation. We begin the installation of the garage doors;

• Section 4 (The Office Section) – We are working on the wiring and have already finished the 4th and 5th floors. Next week we plan to start work on the facade of Section 4.

All apartments in the building by the investor are sold out. There are currently 4 outdoor parking spaces available for sale in the courtyard of the complex, as well as several basements/storages at prices from 3000 to 4000 € each.
