Progress of the construction of the "Comfort Residence — Simeonovsko" residential building as of 07/17/2020.

Construction works on the residential complex "Comfort Residence - Simeonovsko" are progressing at an accelerated pace, according to the established schedule. The preliminary work plan and deadlines are strictly followed. During the past weeks, we carried out the following construction and assembly works on the 4 sections of the complex: • Section 1 – We installed the water meters and electricity meters. We are done with the fine putty. The walls and ceilings in the common areas are to be painted; • Section 2 – We also installed the water meters and electricity meters. We are working on the installation of the railings on the terraces of the apartments in this section; • Section 3 – We are working on the installation of the railings on the terraces of the apartments in this section. We have started work on the plastering of the walls and ceilings in the common areas. • Section 4 (the office section) – We lay the granite slabs on the stairwell. The work on the raster ceiling is about to start. At the beginning of August, we plan to start work on the vertical layout around the building. All apartments in the building by the investor are sold out.
