Construction of Comfort Residence – Malinova Dolina II is progressing

The construction of Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina II continues to progress at a rapid pace, with the building now having ACT 14, and its full completion is expected to be completed by the end of 2026.

The following construction and installation works were completed last month, as follows:

• The masonry of the building has been completed;
• The window frames on the second and third floors have been installed;
• Work is underway on the electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations on the residential floors, which are ready up to the third floor;
• Scaffolding has been installed on the eastern and southern facades;
• Gypsum plastering of the second residential floor has begun;
• The vapor barrier on the roof and roof terraces has been completed.

The following are planned to be implemented next month:
• Starting work on the facade;
• Installation of the window frames on the fourth floor;
• It is planned to complete the roof and roof terrace package;
• It is planned to start work on the visor;
• Work continues on the electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations on the residential floors.
