New project: Boutique Residence - South Park, at the entrance to South Park in Sofia

During the past week, construction and business company TASKOV & STOYANOV announces its latest luxury residential project, located at the entrance to the South Park in Sofia, at the very beginning of the Gotse Delchev district and 11 "Louis Ayer" street.

The building is named "Boutique Residence — South Park" and marks the beginning of a series of new residential projects in the elite segment, which TASKOV & STOYANOV is about to develop under its new subsidiary brand "Boutique Residence".

The project is the work of arch. Krum Sergeev and his team, with whom we have been working exclusively for the past 3 years. The completely modernist urban line of the exterior, which we follow in our last 3 buildings of the "Comfort Residence" series, has been preserved. The difference is that in this building, being positioned in the highest class of the market, we plan to invest the highest class of materials and technologies.
