OKINAWA Boutique Residence: Construction Progress Report as of January 2024

Construction and installation activities on OKINAWA Boutique Residence are progressing according to the pre-planned and approved activity schedules.

We present an up-to-date video/photo overview and a regular monthly report of the activities carried out, as well as the planned tasks for the next 30 days:

• We poured the last slab of the office part;

• We are working on the boards of the roof;

• The brickwork at the height of 15.90m and 18.85m has been completed;

• We are working on the brickwork at the height of 21.80m;

• We are working on the waterproofing and back embankment around the building;

• We finished the implementation of the plumbing and electrical installations at the height of 4.10m and 7.05m;

• The windows at the height of 4.10m and 7.05m have been installed.

In the next month of February, the following construction and assembly works are planned, as well as the receipt of Act 14:

• We plan to implement the boards of the roof plate;

• Completion of the masonry works at the height of 24.75m;

• We will install the joinery on the 3rd, 4th and 5th residential floors;

• According to the schedule, we must finish the installation of plumbing and electrical installations at the height of 10.00m and 12.95m;

• We are planning the installation of a silo and the start of plastering work at the +4.10m elevation.

To date, 74% of properties in the building have been sold. There are still available for sale one-, two- and three-room apartments at prices from 1430 €/m² without VAT, several shops on the ground floor with prices from 2333 €/m² without VAT, as well as parking spaces at prices from around €20,000 without VAT.
