First sod of the new project "Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina"

On 01.11.2022, the official opening of the construction site of Comfort Residence took place - Raspberry Valley. The building is the newest project from the company's portfolio and is the fourth project under the Comfort Residence umbrella, after the already completed and completely sold-out buildings in the capital's Ovcha Kupel, Simeonovsko Shosse and Lyulin Center districts. 

The event was attended by co-owner Kamen Taskov, arch. Krum Sergeev and his team from STUDIO CREATIVE (whose work is the building project), architect Ivo Dikov (owner of Elite Building Company - main contractor of the project) and Nevena Stoyanova (managing director of STONEHARD – main sales agent). The first sod was also respected by a large number of customers who have already purchased a property in the building (more than 70% of the apartments have already been sold).

The location of "Comfort Residence - Malinova Dolina" is key - in the fast-developing "Malinova Dolina" quarter, next to the newly built Prof. Krikor Azarian Blvd., NSA and the Winter Palace.
