The main material is light mineral plaster, which gives the building lightness and airiness, while the pink accent on the windows and green details add depth and contrast. The glass parapets on the terraces add modernity and transparency, emphasizing the connection between the interior and exterior spaces. The use of large glass windows (such as "French") further enhances this effect, allowing the interior and exterior to merge into one. The curved structure is designed to create dynamics and character of power, but also to effectively protect the terraces.

The landscaping is a key element in the overall design of the complex. The spaces around the building include rich greenery, ornamental trees, shrubs and grassy areas, which create a sense of harmony and a natural environment. Special attention has been paid to green areas with integrated recreation corners, pedestrian alleys lined with decorative paving, and exterior LED lighting that highlights the architectural details at night.
