Announcing the new Monte Neve Mountain Homes project in Bansko

26.04.2026 г., from the TASKOV & STOYANOV team

In April 2026, the TASKOV & STOYANOV team announced its latest premium project, which is called Monte Neve Mountain Homes and is located in Bansko, the largest and best-developed ski resort, not only in Bulgaria, but also in all of Southeastern Europe.

The project is essentially a gated complex of 6 luxury townhouses, each on 3 floors, with its own adjoining yard and its own covered or open parking for 2 cars. The location is in a quiet and secluded location, in the western part of the resort, behind the Regnum Hotel, immediately at the end of the urban regulation. The site offers wonderful frontal views of the two groups of mountain peaks to Bansko, including the ski area. Access to the new center of the resort and the Gondola lift is easy and fast on a good road, both by car (3 min.) and on foot (10 min.), the distance being about 800 meters.

The work on the project has started with its first stage, which is essentially a conceptual development of the overall idea of the complex. In it, the architectural team takes into account the desired function of the individual properties in the complex, and on this basis develops various options for the overall development of the buildings and their adjacent territory. At the same time, a number of options for the internal distribution of the premises in the individual houses are also being considered, and of course the development of the surrounding areas. After the selection and approval of the final conceptual option, the architectural team will proceed to the beginning of the actual design work, including the development of the project in its individual specialties. We expect the project in the "Architecture" part to be ready in early June 2026 and then interested buyers will be able to see the different houses and their internal distributions in a final version, which will help them make a choice of a house that meets their needs and desires to the fullest extent. We expect the start of construction

is the unique return of our company to the development of new residential and holiday buildings and complexes in the leading Bulgarian mountain resort of Bansko.

We currently have the general concept of Monte Neve, which is described below:

Each of the six houses in the complex has 3 floors, with their total built-up areas varying from about 200 sq m to about 250 sq m, and the bedrooms can be from 4 to 6, according to the buyer's wishes.

Each house has a large living room on the ground floor, a visually and physically separate kitchenette, a storage room, a ski locker, a guest toilet and a technical room. The yard adjacent to each house with a ground-floor landscaped terrace, the area of which varies from 150 to 450 sq m, is also located on the ground floor. Each terrace has a partially covered area with an automatic pergola, under which a large garden table and other garden furniture can be placed. In the adjacent yard of each house there are also 2 private parking spaces, which could be covered with a light structure, according to the wishes of the owners.

On the second level there are 4 bedrooms with a normal area, 2 of which can be combined to achieve one larger "master bedroom". Each bedroom has its own internal bathroom, and some bedrooms also have their own closets. On the second level there is also a small terrace with access from the two southwest bedrooms.

On the last third level there is a separate studio apartment, which could be developed as a single-sided room (with a large area) or as 2 smaller bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom. On the third level there is also a small terrace with access from both bedrooms.

All Monte Neve houses will be designed and built following the latest technologies for passive and energy-efficient buildings, with built-in high-end equipment and materials from the world's leading manufacturers in this field. Heating is provided by energy-efficient air/water heat pumps with underfloor heating. Cooling for the summer season is provided by convectors, also powered by the heat pump. The joinery is high-end, three-layer aluminum from a leading manufacturer. The thermal insulation package of the facade is 20 cm thick. As part of the entire facade engineering, all thermal bridges have been eliminated, so that the interior of the building is maximally insulated from external conditions and can rely on extremely efficient energy consumption for heating and cooling, which will guarantee minimal costs in every season. Each property is also equipped with a "smart home" system, which automates numerous processes, further increases energy efficiency and enables remote control of the property and all its technical functions.

The project is the work of one of the most respected and proven Bulgarian architects, Plamen Mladenov Miryanov, and his team from the MIRYANOV architectural studio.

Construction is planned to begin in September 2026 and be fully completed for the new ski season of 2028 (11.2028).

We are currently accepting expressions of interest from potential buyers, as well as reservations to reserve a specific house. For more information, please contact our team.
